We have implemented some major improvements that were requested multiple times in order to give you a better experience. Next to a lot of improvements to our underlying systems, the following addititions are visible to you:
One of the features that was request a couple of times, was a live tool that is able to test your account. Therefore, we would like to introduce our Troubleshoot Bucket Wizard. This wizard, which is unique in the business, will test your account and notify you when something is not working properly. In addition, it will give you tips in how to solve an issue or whenever it can not be fixed instantly, with a proper reason that can be used to get in touch with our Customer Support Team.
